RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Online purchases may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please email us for authorization (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Items must be unused and in original condition. Please Note: No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items, broken strands, cut items (such as leather, fabric, chain or cord, etc).
All items must have been bought through our website.
Products on Sale are all final sales. They are not covered by the return and exchange policy.
To return or exchange a purchase you must include the reason for the return, your name, date of purchase, and invoice number (located on your receipt). For your own protection, we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post. Red Sand Co. is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive at us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we DO NOT accept C.O.D. or Return-To-Sender deliveries. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees.
We will refund your original method of payment for the amount of the return less shipping cost once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Returns may take one to two weeks to process. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Swimwear must have original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
